About us

We are a band from Sissach (Switzerland) and are between 15 and 17 years old. Our Style we define as "alternative Pop".
We have been around for about four years, although we used to be called "Young Lions". Hailey, Cian and Laurin founded the band at the RMS Sissach with the support of Tino Siegrist (our coach). By chance, Arwen met the three of them in the rehearsal room because, ironically, she was meeting another girl to form a band together. As fate would have it, the band had the same song in their repertoire as Arwen had been practising ("Jolene" by Dolly Parton) . So they started jamming and got along great. That's how Arwen joined the band. For a while we covered different songs, some of which we still play today. We also tried out a bit with other RMS students and other instruments. That's how Elia joined us. Tino found out that he would like to play in a band and brought him along. Arwen and Elia already knew each other because they were in the same class.

We rehearsed together and played a concert in the region every now and then. At some point Hailey started to come up with ideas for our own songs, which is how the two singles "Leave" and "Summertime" came about.
When Tino suggested that we take part in a band contest in Germany, we were thrilled, but not very confident. We were all the more pleased when we won first place. The prize was a day in a recording studio where we were allowed to record two songs. It was great fun.  We then cut a music video for the two songs and uploaded them to YouTube. In June and August we're gonna play some gigs and we are currently also working on a new song.
